Overview

Mad City Windows & Baths, backed by Renuity Home Improvement, is looking for a Field Manager to manage residential home renovation projects in and around the La Crosse, WI area.

Responsibilities: 

  • Organizing home remodeling projects
  • Communicating with customers & complaint resolution
  • Creating strategies to improve efficiency
  • Monitoring of field crew performance & product quality
  • Present daily progress reports
  • Occasional measuring of Jobs

Qualifications: 

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows, bathrooms & kitchens 
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • Experience resolving conflict
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
