Hiring Immediately! At Mad City, the Sales Development team is trained in our world-class sales and negotiation tactics to provide the best experience and most information to potential customers. Learn the ropes from our industry-leading team and start your Sales career with one of the fastest growing home remodeling companies in the country! This role has direct growth paths into management or additional sales roles. 

 

The Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers, looking for new interests and identifying potential new business
  • Partner with our Outside Sales teams to develop opportunities in our existing customer base
  • Make Outbound calls to qualified leads
  • Manage previous customer base by using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities and productivity objectives

    • Hours of operation are 7am-9pm, 7 days a week - schedules are assigned based on business needs.
