Hiring for PART-TIME afternoon/evening and weekend shifts!

The Responsibilities

• Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers, looking for new interests and identifying potential new business
• Partner with our Sales teams to build opportunities in our existing customer base
• Make Outbound calls to qualified leads
• Manage previous customer base by using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities and productivity objectives 

The Qualifications

• Weekend and afternoon/evening availability
• Highly developed communication skills
• Have a desire to WIN
• Proven customer service experience
• Customer first driven mentality
• Self-motivated, discipline, and career oriented
• Have a proven track record working independently while following proven systems and processes.
• Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
• Proficient with technology
• BA/BS preferred

The Compensation

• Base Hourly plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Total compensation potential: $60,000-$120,000
