Mad City Windows & Baths, is looking for a results orientated Measure Technician Manager who has great knowledge in measuring home improvement products and would enjoy building our team of Measure Technicians!

This position is office-based, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Interviewing and hiring new Measure Technicians
• New Measure Technician Onboarding
• Assisting with placement/scheduling of new Measure Technicians
• Assisting with measure contracts and issues
• Uploading new measures to the company’s CRM
• Assisting with reorder tracking

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years previous remodeling experience
• 1-3 years of previous management experience
• 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail oriented within a fast paced environment
• Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
• Team player
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills
• Construction knowledge preferred
