Mad City Windows & Baths is a reputable, well established remodeling company that is expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest! Mad City Windows and Baths LLC is looking to fulfill the position of Installation Trainer within our Cincinnati market. This position is directly responsible for the oversight and hands on training of all installers that train at our facility with classes starting every week.

Duties:

• Installation trainer will organize and conduct training of new employees in acrylic bathroom tub and shower system replacement,  window remodeling , and cabinet refacing
• Grading and evaluating all trainees with reporting to unit managers
• Research and development for current and potential new products
• Ordering and maintaining all material necessary to conduct and complete new employee training

Qualifications:

• Residential remodeling experience (including tub and shower replacement, basic plumbing, framing, siding, and cabinet installation.)
• Replacement window installation and aluminum clad fabrication experience 
• Finish and cabinet carpentry skill
• Safe use of power tools and hand tools (drills, hand saws, table saws, miter saws, routers, palm sanders, grinders, glues guns, framing nailers, finish nailers, and staplers)
• Competent in Microsoft Office (outlook, share point, teams, calendar, word, and excel)
• Communication skills, including the ability to explain things clearly
• Public speaking skills 
• The ability to encourage and motivate people
• Organizational ability to set objectives, meet deadlines, and plan ahead
• A high standard of English and numeracy
• Skills for planning and organizing training programs
• Tact and patience
• Knowledge of health and safety issue
